Health & Well-Being

Health & Well-Being

In Waukesha County, we’re on a mission to make our communities healthier places to live, work, and play. We work with local aging and disability centers, health coalitions, schools, and community-based organizations to promote healthy aging strategies, create opportunities to be physically active, and promote health across the lifespan. We are proud to be part of a larger community of health educators through UW-Madison Extension’s Health & Well-Being Institute. Together we tackle the big challenges like food security, preventing chronic diseases, improving mental health, and accessing health insurance through research-informed programs
