Welcome to Extension Waukesha County 4-H & Youth Development!
When you join 4-H, you’re a part of something big! 4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization, with more than six million members and 90,000 clubs.
Through Extension Waukesha County’s 4-H and Youth Development programs, youth ages 5-19 learn important life skills like leadership, teamwork, critical thinking and communication to help prepare them for successful futures – and they do it while engaging in fun, hands-on activities.

2026 4-H Summer Camp Recap
In August, Waukesha County 4-H held its annual Summer Camp at Phantom Ranch Camp. Thank you to everyone who contributed to another successful year of 4-H Summer Camp!
Waukesha County 4-H at the Fair
In 2026, 245 4-H youth entered 2,221 4-H projects and livestock, and the 4-H Kids Zone provided 40 activities for fairgoers.

Extension Waukesha County is located in the Administration Center of the Waukesha County Courthouse Complex. Enter through the main Courthouse doors. After going through security, take the corridor on the left to the the Administration Center. Take the elevators or stairs to the ground floor and go to room G22.
